Description

Tea Tree oil is steam-distilled from the leaves of this shrub or small tree. The therapeutic actions of Tea Tree have been well documented and this oil is a must for your first aid kit. It has impressive antiseptic and antiviral properties, making it widely used in treatment of many skin conditions.

Ingredients

Tea Tree (Melaeuca Alternifolia) Oil.

Warnings

Do not use during pregnancy or on infants. Keep away from children. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin.

Directions

Always dilute before use.  Massage: Dilute 5 drops in 10 ml carrier oil. Bath and inhalation: 5-10 drops in hot water. Store in a cool, dark place with the lid well sealed. If your fridge is the only cool place, allow the oils to reach a cool room temperature before use.

Activation stations, everybody!

 

The activation process involves soaking the nuts and seeds to stimulate the sprouting process, and then airdrying them at a low temperature. This process breaks down problematic compounds (called phytates) that would otherwise decrease the bioavailability of the nutrients in the nuts and seeds, meaning our bodies can more easily absorb all the available vitamins and minerals. Activation also ensures the nuts and seeds are gentler on the digestive tract.
