• Curcumin has immune boosting & anti-viral effects. It can:

Individuals with a liver disorder, or symptoms of low oestrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations), should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Individuals who develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms of low oestrogen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Individuals suffering from gall stones or a bile duct obstruction should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Individuals suffering from stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use
Directions
General Lung Health: 1 capsule once or twice a day. During high risk times & smokers: 1-2 capsules twice daily
