380g Soya Rama Fish-Liks (mince in food processor)
2-3 Medium Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2tsp Cumin & 2tsp Fennel (roast and grind)
1tsp Ginger and garlic paste
1/2 bunch Coriander (finely chopped)
1/4 bunch Mint (finely chopped)
1/4 bunch Spring onion (finely chopped)
2-3 Green chillies
1tbs Corn Starch
1tbs Gram flour
Salt to taste
1. Combine all ingredients together (besides the bread crumbs) and mix well.
2. Take a golf ball size and pat into a round shape in the palm of your hand.
3. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in oil on medium heat on both sides till golden brown.
4. Serve with fresh salad and sauce.
