Spirulina Mint Smoothie

Hiding the taste of spirulina in a drink is always a challenge. We were pleasantly surprised with this one: the hemp seeds, buchu and mint make it creamy and delicious!
?250 ml water 2 frozen bananas 1/2 pineapple or 2 mangoes 2 granadillas 1/4 cup hemp seeds 1/8 cup chia seeds 1 Tbsp spirulina 1 tsp buchu powder 1 handful fresh mint 2 tsp hemp oil (optional)
?Blend everything together and enjoy.
