Directions
Take by the spoonful daily or include in food preparation as a spread, in drinks or in cooked foods as a substitute for sugar (not suitable for children under one year of age).
The method of storing honey depends on how it is to be used. For an almost solid consistency, refrigerate in the warmest part of the fridge and keep the lid closed (honey absorbs moisture). Store honey at room temperature for a more jam-like consistency. For a runny honey, warm it in a water bath, not above 34.4C.
