Taking Back Breakfast

I’m excited to tell you about how Wazoogles and I first crossed paths….
I struggle with breakfast. Why? Well, I am gluten intolerant, and the traditional breakfasts normally include grains that my body does not agree with. As a fitness fanatic, I know that oats are a relatively good carbohydrate because of their low GI. I’ve tried gluten-free rolled oats in the past, but was left feeling bloated and constipated. I decided to try it out, and it was the best decision I’ve made for my breakfast life!
