Ingredients

Gluten-Free Rolled Oats, Gluten-Free Oats Meal, Red & White Quinoa, Sorghum Flour, Buckwheat, Dehulled Millet, Jaggery, Himalayan Pink Salt, Peanuts, Coconut Chips, Dates, Raisins, Almonds.

Warnings

Contains Peanuts and Tree nuts. Produced in a factory that handles Peanuts, Tree nuts and Gluten.

Directions

Open cup, remove pouch containing contents and add boiling water, hot or cold dairy/nut milk till the level indicator. Open pouch, empty contents into the cup, mix well and cover for 5 minutes. For overnight porridge, leave covered in fridge overnight. Open cup and mix well. Sit back and enjoy your delicious ancient grains porridge!
