Just added your preferred mylk of choice for a delicious vegan “omelette”. Keep it simple and stir cooked vegetables into the batter before cooking, or make a more traditional “omelette” by folding it in half over the filling.
Overview
The Happy Being Co’s Chickpea Omelette is gluten and egg free. Each premix includes an extra packet of Kala Namak Black salt for extra-eggy flavour.
Ingredients
Chickpea Flour (80%), Nutritional Yeast, Baking Powder, Turmeric and Kala Namak Black Salt.
Allergens
Packed in a factory which uses tree nuts.
Directions
1) In a bowl, mix together 5 tablespoons Chickpea Omelette premix and 80ml Water or preferred Mylk. Whisk until smooth.
2) For extra eggy-flavour: add a pinch of Kala Namak Black Salt, to taste.
3) In a non-stick pan on medium, heat ½ tablespoon Olive Oil.
4) Pour the Chickpea Omelette mixture into the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the edges begin to crisp.
