- Add all ingredients to blender. try not to add any extra liquid if possible.
- Use a spoon to push the smoothie back down towards the blade a few times (when blender is off only), in order to get the mixture to blend to a creamy ice-cream-like texture.
- Scoop into a bowl.
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy.
