Tropical Summer Bowl by Wazoogles

This little magical breakfast is extremely quick and convenient to throw together in the mornings before work. It will keep you going for hours and is an excellent recovery breakfast for the day after an epic training session. The texture is great and the flavour combos are endless. Oh, and if your eyes are bigger than your stomach, don't forget, it'll be good to go for 2 -3 days covered in the fridge. Enjoy!
1 scoop Wazoogles Superfood Plant Power 1.5 frozen ripe bananas 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 2 granadillas 1 heaped Tbs Wellness Lucuma Powder 1 tsp Zambezi Gold Organic Honey 3/4 cup water or unsweetened milk alternative Your choice of toppings: berries
  1. Add all ingredients to blender. try not to add any extra liquid if possible.
  2. Use a spoon to push the smoothie back down towards the blade a few times (when blender is off only), in order to get the mixture to blend to a creamy ice-cream-like texture.
  3. Scoop into a bowl.
  4. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy.
