*400ml Coconut Milk *400ml Coconut Cream *' cup Sugar *'  cup Silan Date Syrup *1 tsp Vanilla Extract *1 cup ButtaNut Cinnamon-Macadamia Nut Butter
In a sauce pan, heat coconut milk and coconut cream with the sugar. Heat until scalding point - the mixture will be steaming lightly and the edges of the cream will start to bubble gently. Add the sugar, Silan and Vanilla. Add the macadamia nut butter and mix thoroughly. Freeze in churner according to the instructions.
