Vegan Matcha Birthday Cake

We've chosen to celebrate Wellness Warehouse's 10th birthday with this Vegan Matcha Cake. We hope you love it as much as we do.
Ingredients
?Cake: Icing: Optional Toppings: Matcha powder, Caring Candies hard boiled sweets, popcorn
Method
Cake:
  1. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour
  2. Add xylitol, baking soda & salt
  3. Mix together with fork
  4. Add soya milk, coconut oil, apple cider vingar & vanilla extract
  5. Beat all the ingredients together until well combined
  6. Pour batter into greased cake tin
  7. Bake at 150' for 35min
  8. Remove from oven, remove from baking tin and allow to cool
  9. Once cooled, stack the layers with raspberry jam between
Icing:
  1. Melt the carob over a double boiler
  2. Add a dash of coconut milk to the melting carob
  3. When the carob has melted, allow it to cool slightly
  4. Pour the carob over the cake and smooth around the sides
  5. Using a sieve, sprinkle matcha over the top
  6. Decorate to your hearts desire and enjoy!
*Pro Tips: For a triple layer cake, triple the ingredients. For a vanilla layer, leave out the matcha.
