Buchu (Agathosma betulina).
Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to ingredient. Taking buchu might increase the risk of bleeding or bruising in people with bleeding disorders. Concurrent use with chronic medication, during pregnancy, lactation or by children under the age of 13 should be discussed with your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions
Fill a cup with freshly boiled water.
Add 1 tea bag.
Steep for 3 minutes and enjoy.
Store in a cool dry place at or below 25 C before and after opening.
