Directions
Drink as a post workout shake, daily snack or add to your favourite breakfast smoothie (1-3 shakes a day). Mix 30g (around 2 rounded scoops) of powder with 200-300 ml of ice-cold water or milk (use less liquid for fuller consistency). Fill your shaker with liquid first and then add the powder. Shake well for about 10 seconds.
