Ingredients

Almonds, pecan nuts, macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, dried Goji berries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, virgin coconut oil, stevia, cinnamon, vanilla and a dash of sea salt. The nuts and seeds in this granola contain vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre that are brimming with health promoting properties. They are especially rich in mono-unsaturated fatty acids that help to lower LDL 'bad' cholesterol and increase HDL 'good' cholesterol. The addition of coconut provides medium-chain fatty acids which actually protect against heart disease. Furthermore the lauric acid, which is fairly unique to coconuts, also works to increase HDL cholesterol.

Directions

Eaten with a milk, a dollop of natural yogurt or on its own as a on-the-go snack, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
