We believe that supplements are just as the name implies - a tool to supplement a balanced diet and provide high-quality nutrients to support your body in times of need!

We believe that supplements shouldn’t compromise your health, which is why we’ve banned hundreds of ingredients, including artificial preservatives, flavours, colours, and sweeteners that we feel won't help give your body the boost it needs. - Trustworthy and Performance-Tested
Our experts assess products to determine a formulation's purpose, efficacy, manufacturing processes, and history. We work with industry pioneers and practitioners, many of whom are leaders in the supplements world, to ensure that we have supplements that deliver what they promise. - Transparency

FOODS STANDARDS
As our business has grown, so too has our steadfast and selective Ingredients Policy. We love to engage with our foods suppliers and participate in the journey as we are committed to bringing the best ingredients to your table.

Our Foods & Fresh Ingredients Policy does not allow for artificial antioxidants, colours, flavours, sweeteners, emulsifiers, preservatives or flavour enhancers. We also say no to bleaching agents, trans fats, and acidulants. - Trustworthy and Performance-Tested
It’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it! We taste all products that come through our doors. Our diverse tasting panel provides feedback, and from there we decide if a product may appear on our shelves. - Transparency
Every foods product that has a claim MUST have an accompanying certification. From ‘gluten-free’ to ‘organic’, each claim is governed by its own regulatory requirements.
ECO CLEANING STANDARDS
Eco Home Standards
When it comes to household cleaning, our priority is to provide customers with effective cleaning products that have a lower impact on the planet. Our rigorous standards for household cleaning products include:
- Ingredients
We believe that some ingredients don’t belong in your home, let alone wiped on surfaces that you and your family touch. We ban over 100 common cleaning chemicals, including optical brighteners, FD&C colours, phosphates, phthalates, triclosan, and ammonia.
Ingredients must be eco-friendly, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and pet-friendly. - Trustworthy and Performance-Tested
We test the efficacy of our products to ensure that they remove dirt and stains effectively. For general testing, we trial the products ourselves, in real-life scenarios, as well as circulate usability questionnaires. If a product states an ‘anti-viral’ or ‘anti-bacterial’ claim, we request specifications or supporting documentation showing laboratory tests to prove this. - Transparency
We require all ingredients to be listed on the label, except in the case of fragrance and enzyme blends.
BODY CARE STANDARDS
We believe that what you put on your body is as important as what you put in your body. Our Body Care Standards go beyond conventional ‘clean beauty’ claims, and apply to all of our body care and beauty products to ensure that we offer a best-in-class range.

Our Product Technology department is continually reviewing the latest research, consulting with independent industry experts, and engaging with our suppliers to determine an ingredient’s impact on the environment and human health. We strive to ensure that you, your family, and our planet are protected from everyday exposure to potentially toxic chemicals in personal care and beauty products.
Our Ingredients Policy for our Body Care is extensive, with over 100 typical ingredients banned, including parabens, sulphates, phthalates, Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulphates (SLS’s), BHT, BHA, Disodium EDTA, Microbeads, PEG numbers, Talc, and Petroleum/Petrolatum. - Trustworthy and Performance Tested
Our products harness the power of nature through carefully selected therapeutic ingredients and essential oils, for desirable, sustainable and harm-free changes to your skin. - Transparency
All claims must have supporting documents. ‘Organic’ does not just mean ‘natural’ - we request third party certifications to verify the claim.
