Directions
Simply spray onto the painful area for quick relief. Use on sore stiff areas including parts of the body that may be too sore to massage or difficult to massage. No need to massage if the area is too painful. This water-based solution will not stain clothing and will quickly absorb into the muscles and joints where the tingling effect can be felt for up to twenty minutes, and the relief experienced.
