Ingredients
Malva Verticillata, green tea, cassis seeds, psyllium seeds.
Warnings
Do not add sugar, milk or sweetener.
Directions
Use 1 tea bag a day, pour boiling water over the teabag in a mug or tea cup.
For best results, cover the mug with a lid and brew for 5 minutes.
Stir and press the teabag gently with spoon and stir well to fully release fragrance of the herbs.
