Directions
This product is highly concentrated and must be diluted. Simply add a few drops into every drink. The suggested dosage is 1 drop for every 2-3 kg of body weight per day, divided into small amounts and mixed with water or juice. For example, a person weighing 65kg should aim for a daily dose of approximately 25 drops. This drink is safe for adults, children, and pets. To remineralise your water for general family use, add 10 – 15 drops to 1 litre of water or juice. Please note that minerals are not destroyed by heat, and drops may be added to soups, stews, and hot drinks for a minerals boost.
