- Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr. 250 mg [gum resin, AKBAMAX® 10:1 extract standardized to contain 45% boswellic acids of which 10% is AKBA and providing 2.5 g of dried herb equivalent]
- Mixed turmeric curcuminoids sourced from Curcuma longa (rhizome)

Directions
Dosage Instructions for Adults:
- First 3 days: Take 2 capsules twice daily with food.
- After the initial 3 days: Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily with food, depending on individual needs and responses to treatment.
- Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 4 capsules.
