Ingredients

Refined Grape seed oil.

Directions

Grapeseed oil is light in taste and retains the original flavour of foods. With Grapseed Oil that has a high smoking point it makes this oil ideal for frying and baking. This lovely oil can be used as a base for certain oil infusions of garlic, rosemary or other various herbs and spices. Grapeseed Oil is widely used in in baked good such as waffles, pancakes and other baked goodies. A nice little trick this oil can be used for is to spray them directly on raisins, which helps retain and enhance their flavour. Even though Grapeseed oil is rich in omega-6, the process of refining, makes it a very stable high-heat cooking oil. It’s also an excellent ingredient in salad dressings, marinades and homemade mayonnaise.
