Product Usage Instructions:
- For adults, dissolve 1 teaspoon/sachet (4.5 g) of FibreClear in the morning and evening into a glass of water or any other non-carbonated hot or cold beverage.
- For children under 12 years of age, it is recommended to take half a serving.
- FibreClear can also be added to soft foods such as cereal, mashed potatoes, yoghurt, or pudding for easy consumption.
