Ingredients
10ml = 1/2 measuring capful contains: 70% Aqueous extract from: Hibiscus Calyces, Camomile Flowers, Fennel, Spinach. 29% Fruit Concentrates of: red grapes, pears, blackcurrants, cherries, blackberries, carrots. Iron II (ferrous) gluconate, rosehip extract (containing 4% vitamin C), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin B6, (as Pyridoxine HCl), Riboflavin (as Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate), Thiamin HCl, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin prep.) maltodextrin. Floravital contains no yeast, gluten, alcohol and chemical preservatives. 10ml provides: Vitamin C 10mg, Thiamin (B1) 0.86mg, Riboflavin (B2) 0.86mg, Vitamin B6 0.86mg, Vitamin B12 0.86mcg, Iron 9.58mg.

Directions
Take 10ml twice a day, before morning and evening meals. Children between 6-12 years of age: 10ml once daily. Children between 1-5 years of age: 5ml once daily. This bottle contains twenty five 10ml servings. The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Shake bottle before use. Use the measuring cap provided.
