Directions
Adults and teens should take 5g of the powder once daily with food, mixed with 125ml of water. Children ages 6-12 should take 2.5g of the powder once daily with food, mixed with 75ml of water. To get the best result, mix the powder with a small amount of water to form a paste, then add more water to taste.
