Usage: Massage a small amount onto aching, tired, sore, and stressed muscles to soothe and relax.
Dosage:
- 125mg of magnesium per 5ml (approximately 1 teaspoon) application for adults
- 1⁄2 teaspoon for children over 6 years old
- 1⁄4 teaspoon size for children between 2-6 years old
