Directions
How to Mix: 1 scoop with a 350-500ml glass of ice cold water. Stir up. 2 scoops with a 750ml bottle of ice cold water. Shake up. 3 scoops on extra sweaty days, however you like. Less water for sweet & salty. More for soft & smooth. Mix it however you like it!
