3 Tiers Spend Brackets:
- Tier 1: Spend > R3 000 earn 1% cashback
- Tier 2: Spend R3 000 – < R5 000 earn 2% cashback
- Tier 3: Spend R5 000 + - earn 3% cashback
After registering for LLW Rewards Program, you will start at Tier 1. If you move up a Tier in the month, please note that you will earn at your new Tier rate on the purchase following the purchase that qualifies you for that new Tier. i.e. you don’t earn on the transaction that breaks tier, but only on the transaction thereafter.
Members are upgraded throughout the month as and when they reach/exceed a spend tier threshold. The very next transaction, after reaching the tier, is rewarded at the new tier level.
Tier downgrading is done monthly at the end of the month if the member did not meet the minimum spend to retain the tier.
Pensioners earn triple points on a Wednesday for in-store and online purchases (65 +).
If you don’t earn points and/or if you do not redeem any cashback for a period of 36 months, your account will be deemed to be dormant. The unredeemed cashback balance in your dormant account will expire and be reclaimed by WW, and as a result, your cashback balance will have a zero balance. WW will not close your LLWRP account.
A dormancy flush-out happens every 6 months.
The system calculates the cumulative spend for all transactions starting on the 1st day of the new month and assigns the reward value per transaction based on the tier associated with the cumulative spend Tier level that they are currently in.
On the last day of the month, the cumulative spend for the month prior is used to determine the starting Tier level for the new month, and then the process starts again.
