Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Arthrospira platensis (spirulina or blue-green algae) [spray dried powder] 300 mg
The other ingredients are anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, inulin, and magnesium stearate
Allergens
Hypersensitivity to Spirulina (blue-green algae) or any of the components of the formulation

Directions
Adults and adolescents 15 years and older
Build the dose up gradually. Take one (1) tablet on the first day, two (2) tablets on the second day, etc. up to a maximum of twenty (20) tablets per day. The recommended dosage is six (6) tablets per day. Take with a glass of water before meals. The daily dose may be taken at once or in divided doses.
Paediatric population
Children under 6 years of age
MARCUS ROHRER SPIRULINA BIO is not recommended for children under 6 years due to the dosage form (tablets). Avoid use in children under 6 years of age.
Children aged 6 to 9 years
The usual dose is two (2) tablets daily. Build the dose up gradually. Take one (1) tablet on the first day, two (2) tablets on the second day up to a maximum of six (6) tablets daily. Do not exceed the maximum dosage. Take with a glass of water before meals.
Children aged 10 to 14 years
The usual dose is four (4) tablets daily. Build the dose up gradually. Take one (1) tablet on the first day, two (2) tablets on the second day up to a maximum of twelve (12) tablets daily. Do not exceed the maximum dosage. Take with a glass of water before meals.
