When faced with the sour taste of a Hodgkin’s Lymphoma diagnosis at just 20 years old, Cath Clark refused to let life's lemons define her. Instead, she turned them into life-giving bone broth and collagen-rich goodness.

Driven by personal experience and a desire for transformation, Cath’s passion and personal story led her to revolutionise not only her well-being, but that of others too. Armed with ancient wisdom and a deep-rooted belief in the power of good nutrition, she founded The Harvest Table.
