Directions
Mist over the perineal area as often as needed, especially after bath or toilet use. Alternatively, spray onto a clean maternity pad and then place the damp pad over the area. Use on cotton pads to create a compress for your perineum. For extra relief can put in the fridge to make it a cooling liquid or pour a little into the bath. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY, DO NOT INSERT.
