Mylk Tart Pancakes

For the pancakes

  • 50 g Mylk Tart Porridge Premix
  • 1 TBSP nut butter
  • 1 egg (can substitute with a plant-based alternative)
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

For the cream cheese filling

  • 1 TBSP cream cheese
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Stevia


For the pancakes

  1. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add the premix and mix with a fork
  3. Spoon the pancake mix into a greased pan
  4. Add the white chocolate chips onto the pancakes in the pan
  5. Flip when brown
  6. Serve with icing, bananas and crushed nuts.

For the icing

  1. Spoon 1 TBSP cream cheese and 1 TBSP nut butter into a bowl
  2. Add some stevia, cinnamon and a crack of salt and mix
  3. Smear between the pancakes and enjoy!
