Allergens
If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of Nativa Multivitamin for Women Complex
• If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to Sulphur containing products.
Warnings
Do not use when known hypersensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use after date of expiry. Products containing herbal ingredients may interact with some medication. If you are taking any chronic medication, do not use this product without consulting a medical practitioner.
• Taking vitamin A along with retinoid drugs can increase the risk for vitamin A toxicity

Directions
The usual dose for adults 18 years and older is:
Take two (2) capsules daily after a meal, with a glass of water.
