Each capsule contains Turmeric Extract (Curcuma longa): 500 mg from 400 mg BCM-95™ extract (25:1) with 380 mg curcuminoids, plus 100 mg whole organic turmeric extract with 5 mg curcuminoids. Other Ingredients: Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions
