Directions
1. Measure 5g of the powder using a scale or measuring spoons (approximately 2 teaspoons).
2. Fill a container with approximately 300ml of spring or filtered water.
3. Add the measured powder to the water.
4. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved.
5. Consume the solution once daily on an empty stomach.
