Directions
- Mix 2 level teaspoons into a minimum of 10 oz. of cold water or clear liquid daily, ideally in the evening.
- This product may cause a temperature increase in liquids when mixed; therefore, it must be combined with at least 10 oz. of cold liquid before ingestion to prevent this reaction.
- After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
