Directions
- Always check the prescribed dosages on the tincture bottles.
- Before using a tincture for the first time, test a few drops to check for any allergic reactions.
- Consult with a naturopath or herbalist before giving tinctures to young infants, as not all herbs are safe for children.
- For the treatment of acute or chronic ailments, consider increasing the dosage to 4 times daily (every 4 hours) for potentially better results.
- To evaporate the alcohol content, place the drops in hot water.
- If desired, the taste of the tincture can be disguised by mixing the drops in a small amount of juice or diluted in cold water.
