Protein Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients
  • 60 g nut butter
  • 60 g honey or maple syrup
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 box Macro Mixes Vanilla Protein Oats
  • 75 g Macro Mixes Sugar Free White Chocolate
Method

1. Add the nut butter, honey, or maple syrup and milk to a bowl and whisk until smooth.

2. Add the protein oats and fold until combined.

3. Divide the mixture between 6 muffin holes in a silicone muffin tray or press into paper cases in a regular muffin tray.

4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stopping stirring every 30 seconds.

5. Divide the melted chocolate on top of the oatmeal bases.

6. Refrigerate until set.
