Directions
Soaking Instructions:
- Add ½ - 1 cup of salts for general well-being or 2-4 cups for tired muscles to warm bath water (37-39°C).
- Soak for 20 minutes to absorb minerals.
- Rinse off before getting out of the bath.
- Stay hydrated.
Exfoliating Instructions:
- Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favorite oil or body wash.
- Gently massage onto wet skin and rinse well.
