Directions
Soaking Instructions:
- Fill bath with warm water (37-39°C).
- For general well-being, add ½ - 1 cup of Epsom salt.
- For tired or sore muscles, add 2-4 cups.
- Soak for 20 minutes to absorb minerals.
- Rinse off before getting out.
Exfoliating Instructions:
- Mix a handful of Epsom salt with your favorite oil or body wash.
- Gently massage onto wet skin.
- Rinse well.
Tip: Stay hydrated while soaking.
