Ingredients
- Methylsulphonylmethane (MSM) 1,000 mg
- Curcuma longa L. (Turmeric rhizome) 300 mg
- Inactive ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate
- Contains sugar (296 mg alpha-lactose monohydrate)

Warnings
Contains lactose: Patients with the rare hereditary conditions of galactose intolerance e.g. galactosaemia, Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption or fructose intolerance should not take Releaf MSM with Curcumin.
Turmeric may cause gallbladder contractions, dyspepsia, distension, and gastroesophageal reflux. It can have an anticoagulant and antiplatelet effect, a hypoglycaemic effect, mild estrogenic effects and may stimulate menstrual flow and the uterus. Use with caution in patients trying to conceive.

Directions
Adults: Take 2 tablets twice daily. Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25°C. Do not use after the expiration date. Keep the container tightly closed and protect from light.
