Contains lactose: Patients with the rare hereditary conditions of galactose intolerance e.g. galactosaemia, Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption or fructose intolerance should not take Releaf Theanine Tablets.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water, as needed. Take during the day to reduce restlessness and/or anxiety, or at bedtime to support healthy sleep.
