Directions
Dosage and Directions for Use:
For adults (18 years and over), individual dosage may vary from 5 mg to 20 mg of CBD per day depending on individual requirements. For health maintenance, health enhancement, and relief of pain & inflammation, restlessness, sleeplessness, and anxiousness, the recommended daily dose is 20 mg of CBD.
It is important not to exceed the recommended maximum daily dose of 20 mg of CBD.
