One vegetarian capsule provides:
Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus) [root, powder/wortel, poeier] 100 mg
Adhatoda vasica (Malabar Nut) [leaf, extract standardised for a minimum of 1% vasicine] 100 mg
Andrographis paniculata (Andrographis) [Whole herb powder] 80 mg
Scutellaria baicalensis (Chinese Scullcap) [Root extract] 60 mg
Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps Mushroom) [Whole mushroom extract] 60 mg
Ganoderma lucidium (Reishi Mushroom) [Fruiting body extract 10:1] 50 mg
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake Mushroom) [Fruiting body, extract 10:1 50 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline cellulose
Warnings
Use as directed and consult your health care provider if you are pregnant, take other medication or have a medical condition. Not advised while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Chinese scullcap – may interact with blood-pressure lowering drugs. Type 1 diabetics should exercise strong caution with the herb as it can affect insuling and blood sugar levels.
Directions
For early onset symptoms, take two (2) capsules, three times per day with food, or as directed by your health care provider. Don’t use continuously for more than 10 days without consulting a health care provider.
When taking Chinese skullcap the herb reaches peak levels in the plasma of the body organs in about 1 hour and only lasts in the body for about 4 hours, so you need to dose about 3 – 4 hours
