Directions
500mg tablets
It is recommended to take a daily dose of up to 10g. This can be achieved by starting with 5 tablets and building up to 20 tablets daily. Should you experience strong detox symptoms such as "flu", headache or nausea, reduce the dose to 1 tablet and build up from there.
