Ingredients
Colostrum 500mg.
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose vegetarian capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide and colloidal silicon dioxide.
Contains plant extracts and natural fillers, with no colourants added ' therefore the colour of the capsule contents may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Contains sugar (lactose) average < 10%.

Cow's milk.

Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients. If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy. Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner.
Directions
Adults:Take 1 ' 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Take on an empty stomach.
Children 4 ' 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily.
Infants and children under 4 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily (can be sprinkled into mouth or into a little liquid).
