On non-training days, ideally take your daily serving in the morning with breakfast. For quickest results, consider implementing a loading phase before moving on to a maintenance phase. Loading phase: For the first 5-7 days, take one serving prior to training and another serving immediately after your training session. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning with breakfast and another serving later in the day with food or a protein shake. Maintenance phase: Thereafter, take one serving immediately following your training session (or in the morning upon waking). Alternatively, use as recommended by your nutritional or strength and conditioning advisor.Tip: To maximise creatine's performance and muscle-building benefits, consume extra water every day and increase your daily protein intake by way of a high quality protein supplement such as PROTEIN Rx or WHEY Rx
