Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 12.5 g (+/- 1 scoop) with a glass of cold water and consume approximately 15-30 minutes before training. Take before exercise and do not consume within five hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 25 g (+/- 2 scoops) within a 12-hour period. Maintain hydration during use.
