As a food supplement, add 40g (approximately 4 level scoops) to 250-300ml cold water, almond milk or fat-free milk in a shaker. Shake well until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved. Blending can significantly enhance mouth moth feel; if you want your shake to be even smoother and creamier; combine ingredients using a blender. If your shake is too thick simply add more liquid. Using almond or diary milk instead of water achieves a creamier and tastier end result.
