Directions
Add 40g (+/-4 level scoops) to +/- 500ml of cold water in a shaker or water bottle, shaking well to dissolve. Start sipping on 10-15 minutes before activity and aim to consume 500ml to 750ml per hour of moderate intensity activity, or 750-1000ml per hour of intense activity. Alternatively, use as recommended by your fitness or nutritional advisor.
