Product Name: The Real Thing MSM-Body Powder Description: The Real Thing MSM-Body Powder is odourless and has a slightly bitter taste that can be masked by mixing with a flavoured drink, including hot drinks like tea and coffee. It is best taken with food for optimal benefits. For additional benefits, it is recommended to take MSM-Body with The Real Thing Joint Revolution. Dosage Schedule: Week 1: Take half a teaspoon (2g) daily. Week 2: Increase to 1 rounded teaspoon (4g) a day, divided into multiple doses. Week 3 Onwards: Take 1 rounded teaspoon twice daily (8g in total). This can be gradually increased to up to 4-6 teaspoons daily, spread across three doses. After three to six weeks, return to the maintenance level of 2 rounded teaspoons daily. It is advisable to consult a health practitioner before adjusting the dosage.
