Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to the desired temperature for baking.
2. Measure the amount of oat flour needed for your recipe using a measuring cup or kitchen scale.
3. Sift the oat flour into a mixing bowl to remove any lumps.
4. Use the oat flour as a direct replacement for all-purpose flour in recipes, or as directed in your specific recipe.
5. Mix the oat flour with other dry ingredients as directed before adding any wet ingredients.
6. Bake your recipe according to the time and temperature indicated. Enjoy your gluten-free creation!
